Joan Opp

Joan Opp is an experienced financial executive with a robust background in credit union and financial services management. Currently serving as a Board Director and Chair of the Audit Committee at the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco since January 2018, Joan also holds a position as Past Board Chair of COOP Solutions and provides advisory support to the Board of PSCU/COOP Solutions since May 2015. As President and CEO of Stanford Federal Credit Union, a role held since May 2010, Joan has demonstrated strong leadership skills. Previously, Joan served as EVP/CFO at Texas Trust Credit Union from February 2002 to April 2010 and was a Partner at Clifton Gunderson LLP from June 1995 to February 2002, showcasing a comprehensive financial acumen throughout a successful career.
