Director, Advanced Practice Interventional Platform at Stanford Health Care

Lisa Cianfichi is the Director of Advanced Practice Interventional Platform at Stanford Health Care. Lisa has over eight years of experience in project management, supply chain management, process engineering, quality management, shipping/scheduling/logistics, and material/inventory management.

Lisa started their career as a Production Control Manager at Sentient Energy in May 2011. In this role, they led in-house design team meetings to establish/track/implement accurate BOM and drawing release dates to meet key project launch milestones. Lisa also led project kick-off meetings with suppliers to layout expectations (Quality, Process and Delivery) for pilot and production builds, and tracked progress of supplier milestones to ensure production readiness for high volume production. In addition, Lisa was responsible for leading kaizen initiatives to improve cycle time & first pass yield efficiency at contract manufacturers, and establishing Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPI) to ensure Jikotei Koteï Kanketsu (Quality Built in Process) methodology for repeatable high volume production. Lisa also served as the Document Control Lead (Arena PLM) administrator for Bill of Material (BOM) and Engineering Change Order (ECO) control across 100% of product platforms.

In 2013, Lisa became the ERP Implementation Co-Lead (NetSuite Financials and Lite Manufacturing Modules), leading the initiative with Operations, Finance, Accounts Payable, Purchasing and Sales to implement an automated company-wide Quote-to-Cash process flow. Lisa also took on the role of Quality Management/Engineering, implementing numerous QMS procedures and forms, as well as SQE problem solving (CAPA). Lastly, Lisa became responsible for shipping/scheduling/logistics, scheduling deliveries of finished goods across the supply chain to the end customer and leading build plan coordination with contract manufacturer to ensure delivery schedule is achieved.

In September 2013, Lisa left Sentient Energy to join Flex as an NPI Technical Global Program Manager. In this role, they conducted kaizen groups improving lead-time of Customer Engagement to Clear-to-Build by 70%. Lisa also upheld 97%+ quote to win for NPI builds while balancing 8 active customer accounts with over 30 team members globally (design to production).

Lisa’s extensive experience in both small and large organizations has equipped their with the knowledge and skills necessary to successfully manage complex projects and teams. Her ability to streamline processes and drive efficiencies has made their an invaluable asset to their current organization.

Lisa Cianfichi has a BS in Business Administration from California State University - East Bay. Lisa is also a Stanford Certified Project Manager (SCPM) from Stanford University and is currently working on their Certification from APICS Operations Management.
