Ragini Espinoza Gill

Ragini Espinoza Gill is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources and organizational leadership. Currently holding the position of Director HR Business Partner at Stanford Health Care, Ragini has previously served as Director and Executive HRBP, and Director of HR Operations and Transition Planning. Prior experience includes directing the Emeriti/Retirees Relations Center at UCLA and roles at UCLA Health as Principal Benefits/Retirement Counselor and Wellness Program Manager, as well as HR Transition Planning Project Manager. Ragini's career began with Catholic Healthcare West as an HR Consultant. Educationally, Ragini holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from San Diego State University, obtained between 1993 and 1997.
