Cindy Cho

Cindy is a human resources manager providing a full range of HR services to management and employees in the School of Humanities and Sciences. Those services include staffing and employment, compensation and classification, performance management, salary setting, employee relations, workers' compensation, disability and leave management, training and development, organizational development, and HR administration.

Prior to joining H&S, Cindy worked in HR roles at the School of Medicine and Graduate School of Education. She had a past life in Los Angeles, working at UCLA and startups. Cindy is the chair of the Asian Staff Forum at Stanford and serves on two HR committees.

When she isn't in a meeting, you can find Cindy in the UCLA section at Stanford home games or cheering on the Bay Area sports teams.
