Kevin Darvishi

Kevin Darvishi is an experienced leasing director at Stanhope Plc, focusing on the development of new office and mixed-use buildings in Central London since January 2015. In this role, Kevin oversees the planning, development, and leasing phases of projects, aiming to secure high-quality occupiers and maximize investment value for stakeholders. Prior to this, Kevin served as a surveyor at Cushman & Wakefield from September 2007 to December 2014, specializing in advising developers, landlords, investors, and occupiers on maximizing the value of office portfolios, with experience in significant development projects and the disposal of surplus accommodation. Kevin holds a Master's degree in Property Valuation & Law from Cass Business School and a BA in Business Administration from Nottingham University Business School, complemented by A Levels in Maths, Physics, Geography, and Business Studies from Ardingly College.
