John Downes

John Downes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in civil engineering and project management. Currently serving as Vice President Special Projects Leader and Vice President Federal Business Unit Leader at Stanley Consultants since April 2012, John oversees the Florida operations, focusing on sales, client relations, and financial management. Previously, John held the role of Project Manager at H & J Contracting, where responsibilities included managing the federally financed A1A roadway project in Riviera Beach. John holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Trinity College Dublin, awarded in 1985.
