Deborah Wintner

Deborah Wintner is the current Vice President of Human Resources at Stanley Security Solutions. Deborah has held this position since June 2018. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources at STANLEY Security from June 2017 to August 2022. From August 2011 to October 2016, they were the Vice President of Human Resources at Allegion/Ingersoll Rand Security Technology.

At Stanley Security Solutions, Deborah has been focused on increasing productivity and enhancing customer service by leveraging existing resources to integrate commercial and residential sales organizations. Deborah has also conducted internal capability analyses in order to identify specific skill sets needed for the company's growth initiatives. Additionally, Deborah has established a dedicated cross-functional team to lead ongoing change with experience and tools. This team has enabled long-term growth initiatives such as the channel-led strategy, project-based business, spec capability, and key acquisitions.

At STANLEY Security, Deborah was responsible for leading the development and execution of HR strategy aligned with overall plan of the organization. This organization represented $1.5B P&L. Additionally, they were responsible for supporting transformation design plans and building long-term capability and succession.

At Allegion/Ingersoll Rand Security Technology, Deborah was selected to lead the new combined organization and integration of Residential and Commercial organizations at the time of Allegion spinoff from Ingersoll Rand (2013). Additionally, they delivered $1B target revenue during economic downturn,

Deborah Wintner has a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety Engineering from Indiana State University and a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety Engineering from Murray State University. Deborah also has a Master's degree in Master of Science in Organizational Development from Pepperdine University, The George L. Graziadio School of Business and Management.
