Heather Brown has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Heather is currently working as the Director of Quality, Compliance and Risk at Stanley Street Treatment and Resources. Previously, they served as a Senior Advisor to the Dean at Michigan State University College of Nursing. Heather also held the position of Director of Quality and Organizational Performance at Ontrak, Inc., where they led quality and performance-related initiatives. Heather was also the Manager of Performance Improvement at Shiawassee County Community Mental Health Authority, overseeing the agency's Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement Program. In addition, Heather worked as the Manager of Quality Improvement at Consumers Mutual Insurance of Michigan, and as a Quality Improvement Administrator at Priority Health. Earlier in their career, they served as a Researcer/Evaluator at Michigan State University and as a Community-Based Researcher & Evaluator at Michigan Council on Crime and Delinquency. Heather Brown obtained their Program Management Certification in Health Information Technology in 2011 from Lansing Community College. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's degree in Ecological-Community Psychology from Michigan State University from 2006 to 2010. In 1999, Heather completed a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Curry College. Their undergraduate studies were done at Wheaton College Massachusetts, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology & Education from 1990 to 1994.
