Brian Miller

Brian Miller serves as the Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., where responsibilities include leading the transformation of the talent acquisition organization to support over 71,000 global employees across multiple regions. Previous roles include Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition at Visa, where leadership was provided to a team serving 27,000 employees, and Head of Global Talent Acquisition at GE Digital, overseeing extensive recruiting efforts for over 11,500 requisitions annually. Additional experience includes senior positions at Amazon, Inclusive Talent Solutions, Korn/Ferry International, Aflac, The Novo Group, TDS Telecom, and TruStage. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Organization & Leadership from Marquette University and an MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
