Yida Sun

Yida Sun, CFA, serves as Vice President of Corporate Development and M&A at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., where additional responsibilities include Vice President of Business Development and M&A for Global Emerging Markets. Previously held the position of Executive Director for Strategy, Marketing and M&A at Air Liquide in Global E&C Solutions. Prior to that, Yida Sun was the Regional Head of Corporate Business Development and M&A at GE, as well as Director and Manager of Corporate Business Development and M&A in GE Oil & Gas. Yida Sun began the career as an Associate in Charitable Asset Management at State Street Global Advisors. Yida Sun holds a degree in Economics and International Relations from Boston University.
