Nikita Walia

Nikita Walia is an experienced Agile Coach and Scrum Master with a robust background in agile practices and project management. Currently serving at Stantec since December 2021, Nikita focuses on enhancing agile methodologies within the Delivery organization and guiding teams through all phases of the delivery lifecycle. Previously at Miipe Quality Solutions, Nikita held roles ranging from Operational Readiness Scrum Master to IT Project Management Consultant, leading service readiness initiatives and managing multiple projects, including engagements with Toys R Us Canada. Earlier experience includes working as QA Lead/Manager at Bond Brand Loyalty, where Nikita oversaw testing and implementation for various high-profile loyalty programs. Nikita holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in eBusiness & Marketing from the Schulich School of Business, York University, and is proficient in multiple languages including English, Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu, and French.
