Matt Hornbuckle began their career in 2007 as a Marketing Associate at Johnson & Johnson, where they subsequently held positions as Associate Brand Manager and Brand Manager - Aveeno Innovation. In 2013, they co-founded Stantt, a men's apparel company, where they served as Co-Founder/Co-CEO. In this role, they challenged the sizing standards and built a new approach through analyzing body scan data. With just 3 inputs, the algorithm matches customers to one of the 99 sizes that will fit them perfectly.
