Ann George

Ann George has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. In 2008, they worked as a Marketing Coordinator at Noel Media & Advertising Pvt. Ltd, where they managed advertisement activities and increased sales revenue. From 2010 to 2011, they served as an Administration Support Officer at St. John Ambulance Australia. From 2011 to 2012, Ann worked as a Human Resources Officer at Fulton Hogan, where they conducted recruitment activities and provided support for employee performance management.

In 2012, Ann joined Abt JTA as a Contracts/Project Officer, managing contracting and project frameworks and supporting various teams. From 2015 to 2016, they worked at Ontex Australia Pty Ltd as a Business Management professional. Their responsibilities included reporting, analysis, tender coordination, quality assurance, and project management within the healthcare division.

Ann then moved on to the Department of State Development (DSD) in 2016, where they worked in Contracts Management. Ann joined the Department of State Development, Manufacturing, Infrastructure and Planning in 2017 and served as Business Operations and Portfolio Management staff until 2019.

From 2019 to 2022, Ann worked at Queensland Corrective Services, where they held several roles including A/Portfolio Benefits and Assurance Manager, A/Manager, EPMO, Principal Portfolio Analyst, EPMO, and QPSR PgMO Lead. In these positions, they focused on portfolio management, analysis, and project leadership.

In 2022, Ann joined the Queensland Fire and Emergency Services as an Executive Manager, ICT Portfolio Management, before moving on to their current role as Manager, Portfolio Management Office at Stanwell Corporation Limited in 2023.

Ann George completed their MBA in the field of study from the University of Mysore between 2006 and 2008. Additionally, they obtained certifications including Prince2Agile from AXELOS Global Best Practice in June 2018 and Project Management for Business Professional from Shaping Tomorrow in October 2014.
