Sarah Shanks has a strong background in communications, customer experience, and change management. Sarah currently holds the position of Director of National Operations - Sales, Communications & Customer Experience at Staples Canada. Prior to this, they were a Senior Manager of Retail Customer Experience and Communication at Staples Canada.

Sarah began their career at Fortinos Supermarket Ltd as a Front End Supervisor and Cash Office Clerk.

Sarah Shanks, PROSCI, has a Bachelor of Arts, Honours degree from the University of Guelph, which they obtained from 2000 to 2004. In 2012 and 2013, they attended Humber College to obtain a Project Management Certificate with a focus on Project Management. Sarah also holds a Prosci Change Management certification from Prosci.
