Currently serving as Chief of Data & AI at Staples since December 2023, Sunpreet previously held the position of Chief of Data & Analytics at Wayfair, where significant contributions led to its growth into a leading global e-commerce platform. Sunpreet has also focused on enhancing customer experience at Wayfair as Head of Service Strategy & Customer Happiness. Prior roles include Senior Vice President at Cole Net-Lease Assets, where strategic market initiatives were developed, and a Senior Executive role at Capital Group, achieving market share gains. Sunpreet's career commenced in roles at FedEx and Xerox, building a strong foundation in marketing analysis. Sunpreet holds an MBA from the University of Rochester and a Bachelor's degree from Shri Ram College of Commerce.
