Melydia Tan is the Director of Connections Experience at Star Alliance, responsible for managing and overseeing all Star Alliance Branded lounges and member airlines lounges. Prior to this, Melydia worked at Singapore Airlines in various roles including Deputy Station Manager in Frankfurt and SIN Hub Manager in Changi Airport. Melydia also has experience in customer experience management and training at Singapore Airlines. Melydia has a background in cabin crew, sales and marketing, as well as management training at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts. Melydia holds a BSc in Business Management from the University of Surrey.
