Currently serving as Mechanical Head - Post Clinkerization at Star Cement Ltd. since December 2023, Sandeep has previously held key positions including Project Head at Gallantt Cement, Technical Head at Burnpur Cement Limited, and Head Of Maintenance - Engineering Services at Hindusthan Urban Infrastructure Limited. Sandeep's expertise encompasses the operation, maintenance, and optimization of cement plants, with a strong focus on safety, project management, and systems improvement. Sandeep holds a B-Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Janardan Rai Nagar Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya.
