Kent McInney

Kent McInney has had extensive work experience in the field of operations and management. Kent began their career as a Project Manager at Equilibrium Air Conditioning in 2008 and worked in this role until 2012. Kent then joined Hansen Yuncken and held multiple positions within the company, including Service Manager from 2012 to 2016, Senior Services Manager from 2016 to 2017, and NSW & ACT Services Manager from 2017 onwards. Currently, they are the Head of Strategy, Operations, and Innovation at Star Group of Companies Australia, a position they have held since April 2023.

Kent McInney attended East Hills Boys Technology High School from 1991 to 1997, where they obtained their HSC degree. Later, they pursued further education at TAFE NSW. Kent completed a Certificate 4 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, a Diploma in Business Management, a Certificate 3 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, and a Certificate 4 in Business Management at TAFE NSW, although the specific years of completion are not provided.
