Lewis Brown

Lewis Brown has diverse work experience in various roles. Lewis started their career as a Checkout Supervisor at Morrisons in 2004 and worked there until 2013. Lewis then joined EKES Ltd as a Fluid Systems Engineer, providing engineering support to Rolls Royce. In 2014, they started working at Star Refrigeration as a Technical Sales Engineer, where they provided technical solutions in the industrial refrigeration sector. Lewis later became the Business Development Manager-Process, responsible for delivering industrial cooling solutions to various market sectors. Lewis then served as the Director of Projects before taking on the role of Contracts Director, overseeing engineering, production, and projects teams. Lewis ensured compliance with ISO9001:2015 and led business R&D works. Lewis has a strong focus on health and safety and continuous improvement. Lewis also pursued postgraduate studies at the University of Strathclyde from 2009 to 2013.

Lewis Brown attended Dumfries Academy from 1999 to 2005. Lewis then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Aero-Mechanical Engineering at the University of Strathclyde, graduating with First Class Honours in 2009. Subsequently, Lewis continued their educational journey at the University of Strathclyde and obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Industrial Fluid Dynamics in 2013.
