Jim Kwon

Jim Kwon has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jim began their career as a Division Director at Robert Half International, a professional staffing services company. After seven years, they joined SWDS Inc. as a District Account Manager, specializing in F&I product, training, and consulting for auto dealers. Jim then moved to Rockledge Securities (F&I) as a CA District Manager, providing F&I product and development for automotive franchise dealers. Currently, Jim holds the position of Sr Vice President Sales at Star Shield Solutions, LLC, where they have worked since 2011. Jim is responsible for national sales and has played a key role in the company's expansion and success.

Jim Kwon earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science with a minor in Economics from UC Irvine, between 1990 and 1993. In addition, they hold various certifications, including an NLP Practitioner Certification from NLP Global Standards Association and an NLP Coaching Certification from Life Potential Developments. Jim is also AFIP Certified, a Certified Identity Theft Risk Management Specialist (CITRMS), and holds Fire and Casualty Broker-Agent, Accident & Health Agent, and Life-Only Agent licenses from the California Department of Insurance.
