Jarrod Tremayne

Jarrod Tremayne, PhD has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. Jarrod currently holds the position of Executive Director and Head of Project Management at Star Therapeutics, starting in December 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Director of Program and Alliance Management at Equillium Inc. from April 2021 to December 2022. Before that, they served as the Senior Director of Regulatory Services at Treximo from January 2021 to April 2021 and held the role of Manager from January 2020 to January 2021.

In 2018, Jarrod worked at Praxis Life Sciences as a Manager from June 2019 to January 2020 and as a Senior Consultant from June 2018 to June 2019. Jarrod also held the position of Vice President of Translational Research and Early Development at Mercaptor Discoveries Inc. from May 2017 to April 2018.

Jarrod's earlier experiences include working as an Associate Director at Ultragenyx Pharmaceutical Inc. from April 2016 to April 2017, a Senior Manager of Program Management at Raptor Pharmaceuticals from August 2015 to April 2016, and various project management roles at Genentech from April 2011 to August 2015.

Jarrod started their career as a Postdoctoral Scholar at UCLA Health System from November 2009 to April 2011 and worked as a Research Fellow at the University of Nebraska Medical Center from August 2002 to December 2008.

Jarrod Tremayne, PhD, obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where they studied from 1998 to 2002. Later, they pursued a PhD in Pathology/Microbiology from the University of Nebraska Medical Center, completing their program from 2002 to 2008.

In addition to their academic achievements, Jarrod Tremayne also holds certifications in various fields. In 2013, they obtained a Certificate in Biotechnology Project Management from the University of Washington/University of California-San Diego. More recently, in 2020, they acquired a Regulatory Affairs Certificate in Pharmaceuticals from the Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society (RAPS).
