Prashant Sharma

Prashant Sharma has a strong background in the insurance and investment sector, with notable roles such as Chief Investment Officer at various companies. Prashant started as a Senior Consultant at KPMG in 1997, then moved to Max Life Insurance Co Ltd as CIO in 2001. Prashant later joined Aviva Life Insurance Company India Ltd. in the same capacity before taking on the role of Chief Investment Officer at Star Union Dai-ichi Life Insurance Company Limited in 2020.

Prashant Sharma completed their graduation in B.Com Hons from Shri Ram College of Commerce in 1997. Prashant then pursued a CA degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India from 1997 to 2000. Later, they earned a CFA degree in Financial Analysis & Fund Management from the CFA Institute in the United States in 2007. Prashant Sharma also attended Scindia School from 1984 to 1994.
