Rick Coenen

Rick Coenen serves as the Chief Information Officer at Starbucks Australia since March 2023. Prior to this role, Rick held the position of Group Chief Information Officer at Bapcor Limited from July 2018 to July 2022, where leadership in IT and digital technology projects significantly contributed to the company's success. With a strong background in technology management, Rick also led the transformation of systems at Sussan Group from 2012 to 2018 and managed complex integration and transformation programs at Woolworths Group from 2003 to 2012. Earlier career experiences include positions at OneSteel, BHP, and various consulting roles, culminating in leadership roles at National Parts and Lincraft. Rick's expertise spans across retail systems, ERP upgrades, eCommerce, and team capacity building.
