Adam Sargent

Adam Sargent is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in security and resilience management, currently serving as the Resilience and Security Manager for EMEA at Starbucks since March 2022. Prior roles include Rail Security and Resilience Manager and EU Exit Programme Coordinator at Heathrow, along with participation in the Heathrow Airport Graduate Programme. Adam also worked as a Client Relationship Executive at Thomson Gray Wealth Management and in Business and Legal Affairs at QEDG Management, focusing on music management and global business affairs. Adam holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of Buckingham and qualifications from The Cottesloe School, including A Levels and GCSEs.
