Blake Saxon

Blake Saxon is a seasoned IT professional serving as a Senior Systems Analyst at Starbucks since November 2021, specializing in ITSM Release Management, ServiceNow Knowledgebase Management, Organizational Change Management, technical writing, and holding the title of Coffee Master. Prior to this, Blake worked at Gerber Collision & Glass from December 2018 to November 2021, where contributions included implementing a self-managed help desk system, automating onboarding tasks, and remediating a ransomware outbreak. Previous experience also includes roles at Gallagher, Arkadin, Food Export Association, iCrossing, and Illinois State University, with a strong foundation in systems administration, network support, and technical documentation. Blake holds a degree in Computer Science with a focus on Telecommunications Management from Illinois State University and is currently pursuing further education through Udacity.
