David Byers

David Byers has had an extensive career in the legal field, starting as an Associate at Wiley Rein LLP before moving on to become a Shareholder at GRAHAM & DUNN, P.C. (now Miller Nash LLP) and then transitioning to Managing Director at Starbucks. With a Doctor of Law degree from Duke University School of Law, Byers has specialized in corporate counsel, licensing, and franchising, providing strategic legal advice to startup and established companies. Byers also has experience in litigation and transactional law, and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from Claremont McKenna College.
