Jesse Parent

Jesse Parent is a seasoned technology operations leader with extensive experience in directing technology support and operations across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Technology Operations at Starbucks since December 2018, Jesse leads the Technology Operational Excellence team, focusing on service management, service resiliency, and overseeing critical observability and insights programs using key platforms such as Data Dog and Splunk. Previous roles include Director of IT Operations at Slalom Consulting and Sr. Manager of IT Operations at Colliers International, where Jesse demonstrated strategic leadership in managing cross-discipline IT teams and oversight of technology initiatives across multiple regions. Jesse’s career also includes project management roles at Corbis and service delivery at Symetra Financial Inc. and Washington Mutual, complemented by an AA in General Education from Seattle Central College.
