Shannon Leisz

Shannon Leisz has been with Starbucks since May 2001, holding various leadership positions, including Vice President of Store Development, Business Development and Strategic Growth, and Vice President of Operations and Business Development for Licensed Stores. In these roles, Shannon leads business development efforts, oversees project design and construction across Canada, and manages national sales initiatives, contributing to market share growth through strategic partnerships. Prior to Starbucks, Shannon worked at London Drugs from June 1991 to March 2001, serving as Department Manager for General Merchandise. Shannon's educational background includes programs in Leadership Development and Dynamic Achievement, as well as participation in Igniting Brilliance in 2018.
