Sylvia. Arbesu

Sylvia Arbesu is an experienced operations leader with a comprehensive background in the fuel and convenience store industry. Currently serving as the Director of Operations for Utah, Idaho, and Southern Arizona at Starbucks since May 2012, Sylvia has previously held a similar position for South Florida. Prior experience includes a robust tenure at ExxonMobil from January 1998 to May 2012, where Sylvia held various leadership roles focusing on store operations and logistics, as well as business development, successfully executing downstream affiliate divestitures and leading Fuels Marketing activities. Sylvia's career also included a role as the Americas Operations Manager at ESSO STANDARD OIL, S.A. Limited in Guatemala from 2004 to 2006. Sylvia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on International Finance and Marketing from the University of Miami.
