Megan Maslanka

Megan Maslanka, MBA, currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Starburst, starting February 2023. Prior to this role, Maslanka was the VP of People at Five9 from July 2022 to February 2023, and held multiple leadership positions at DocuSign, including Head of Talent Operations and Senior HRBP Director, from January 2020 to August 2022. Earlier experience includes serving as VP of HR at Buildertrend, where Maslanka led HR for a high-growth tech startup, and Director of Human Resources at Quantum Workplace, contributing to customer success and go-to-market strategies. Maslanka began a career at ConAgra Foods, progressing from Human Resource Generalist to Manager of Human Resources. Academically, Maslanka earned an MBA in Human Resources from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and holds a degree in Marketing and Human Resource Management from Creighton University.
