Andrea Javor

Andrea Javor has a diverse and extensive career in marketing and media. Andrea currently holds the position of EVP Client Lead at Starcom since 2024. Before that, they ran their own consulting firm, Andrea Javor Consulting, from 2020 to 2024, where they contributed to Constellation Brands' sales growth and managed a team responsible for a $400 million annual media budget. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Marketing at Harvest Health & Recreation, Inc. from 2019 to 2020, where they increased revenues and created a successful marketing playbook. Andrea also worked at Beam Suntory from 2010 to 2019, holding the role of Sr. Director, Global Media Strategy & Connections Planning, where they played a crucial role in driving growth for the Jim Beam brand. Andrea started their career at OMD USA as a Media Supervisor in 2005 and has worked at MindShare and Mediacom in various planning and leadership positions.

Andrea Javor holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising with a minor in Psychology from Marquette University.
