Mike Pearce has over a decade of experience in digital marketing and user experience. Mike currently serves as the CRO & UX Director at Starcom, where they are responsible for building a strong CRO product and team to drive growth and enhance user experience for clients. Prior to that, Mike worked as the Head of CRO at Somebody Digital, leading a team of analysts and optimization specialists to develop effective strategies for improving client experiences. Mike also served as the Digital Experience Manager at Science in Sport Group, where they focused on driving commercial performance and developing optimization capabilities for global brands. Additionally, Mike has held various roles at Saga plc., including Group Senior CRO UX Designer & Researcher, Services Senior CRO & Digital Optimization, and Senior CSA. Mike has also worked as a freelance UX/UI & graphic designer, as well as a web designer, digital content creator, and videographer.
Mike Pearce received a BTEC National Diploma Level 3 in Graphic Design from Canterbury College in 2010-2012. Mike then pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Quantum physics, planetary science, and astronomy from The Open University from 2015 to 2023. In addition to their education, Mike obtained certifications such as Google Mobile Experience from Google and Adobe Target Analyst and Adobe Target Classic from Pluralsight in 2017.
