Steven Claire has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Steven started their career at Moores Furniture Group as an Estimator/Sales Administrator, where they processed customer enquiries and produced written quotations. Steven then joined pancredit systems ltd as an Infrastructure Team Leader, responsible for managing the technical infrastructure and staff mentoring/coaching. Steven later worked at Leeds City Council as a Legal Services Library Assistant, ensuring the provision and communication of information within the legal department. Steven then moved to Arla Foods as a Customer Support Team Leader, managing a team and monitoring service level performance. Following this, Steven joined Hydra Management, initially in the role of Customer Support Consultant, managing a small team and attending client sites. Steven then transitioned to the role of Product Specialist/Implementation Consultant, delivering consultancy, project management, and training services to multiple clients.
