David Starfield

David Starfield is a Senior Counsel and Managing Partner at Starfield & Smith, PC, where responsibilities include advising new businesses on the formation of corporations and business structures, as well as assisting lenders with commercial transactions. Previously, David served as Managing Partner at Starfield & Payne from 1982 to 2002. David holds a Juris Doctor degree from USC Gould School of Law, obtained between 1975 and 1978, and a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from Alfred University, earned from 1971 to 1975.
