Margot Ruthardt

Margot Ruthardt is a software engineer currently employed at Starfish Space since September 2023. Previously, Margot held several positions at Amazon from October 2018 to July 2022, including Software Development Engineer II roles for both Project Kuiper, which focused on developing a broadband satellite internet constellation, and Amazon Prime Air, where Margot developed firmware for autonomous delivery drones. Earlier experience includes a position as a Software Engineer at C-Labs Corporation, designing sensor solutions for industrial machinery, and an internship at Keysight Technologies, where Margot developed drivers for an AC Power Analyzer. Margot's foundational experience includes an undergraduate research role at Penn State Applied Research Laboratory, programming embedded devices for military vehicles. Margot holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Penn State University, earned in 2016.
