Samriddhi Sharma

Samriddhi Sharma is an experienced Satellite Systems Engineer at Starfish Space since January 2023, previously serving as Chief Science Officer at the Miniature Tether Electrodynamics Experiment (MiTEE) from January 2019 to December 2022. In this role, Samriddhi focused on plasma environment research, data visualization using MATLAB, and redesigning cathode components. Additional experience includes being an Undergraduate Research Assistant under Professor Brian Gilchrist, participating in NASA's NPWEE Academy, and interning in trace gas analysis with NASA Goddard Space Flight Center, where machine learning was applied for environmental data modeling. Samriddhi has held positions in mentorship and education, demonstrating strong leadership and technical skills across various engineering and research disciplines. Educational qualifications include a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Michigan.
