Henna Plit

Henna Plit has over 20 years of work experience in finance and controlling roles. Henna has worked in various companies such as Staria, Attendo Suomi, Posti Group Oyj, Rautakirja Group (Sanoma Trade), Sanoma Data, CPW Finland & Norway (Nestle Finland), Oras Oy, Superlon Oy, Nestle Germany, and Nestle Finland.

Henna'smost recent role was as CFO at Staria from February 2023 onwards. Prior to that, they served as CFO of Attendo Finland from October 2019 to December 2022, where they successfully turned around the company's financial performance. Henna also took on the additional responsibility of Interim CIO during the transition period at Attendo Suomi from April 2021 to September 2021.

Before that, Plit held various leadership positions at Posti Group Oyj from January 2015 to July 2019, where they were responsible for finance and controlling in different divisions, including Logistics Solutions and Operations. Henna was also a key member of the Itella Group CFO team.

In addition to their experience in the above companies, Plit has held finance and controlling positions in Rautakirja Group (Sanoma Trade), Sanoma Data, CPW Finland & Norway (Nestle Finland), Oras Oy, Superlon Oy, Nestle Germany, and Nestle Finland.

Henna Plit completed their Master of Science in Economics with a focus on Accounting from Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu, where they studied from 1991 to 1995. Prior to that, they attended Kuortaneen Lukio from 1988 to 1991, but their degree and field of study during that time are unknown.
