Simon Chard

Simon Chard has a diverse work experience in the construction and retail industry. Simon started their career in 1988 at B&Q, where they worked as a Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager until 1999. Simon then became an Area Director at B&Q from 2000 to 2001. In 2001, they became the Managing Director at Normans Jersey and STARK Building Materials UK. Since 2017, they have also been a Board Member at the Jersey Construction Council.

Simon Chard attended the Sustainability Leadership Programme at the Cambridge Institute of Sustainability Leadership in 2015. Prior to that, they attended Eirias High School in Colwyn Bay from 1978 to 1983.
