Ted Krez

Ted Krez has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and industries. Ted started their career as a Sales Manager at Esker Software, Inc. from 2000 to 2003, where they creatively built new business and identified client needs. From 2003 to 2011, they owned and managed Lakewood Realty, specializing in commercial and residential real estate sales. During this time, they managed an 80,000 square foot commercial account and handled various aspects of the business. Ted then worked as an Investment/Office Broker - Property Management at Colliers International | Wisconsin from 2011 to 2013. Following that, they served as the Principal at Breakwater Commercial LLC from 2013 to 2017, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of income-producing real estate. Ted joined First Bank Financial Centre (FBFC) as a Mortgage Lender from 2017 to 2018. Currently, Ted serves as the Director of Business Development at Stark Company Realtors, where they started in 2018.

Ted Krez has a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality and Tourism from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, which they obtained from 1994 to 1998. Ted later pursued a Master's degreen in Business Administration (MBA) from Edgewood College, starting in 2011. Regarding additional certifications, Ted obtained the Certified Relocation Professional (CRP®) certification from Worldwide ERC® in May 2020.
