Catalina Ene has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Catalina began their career at Evert Tennis Academy as a Student Services Manager, where they oversaw the daily operations of the tennis/school program. Catalina also gained experience in sales and marketing through an internship in the same organization.
After that, Catalina worked at J.Crew as an Assistant Visual Manager, where they contributed to the store's visual merchandising efforts.
Catalina then joined Ralph Lauren as a Sales Professional, where they developed strong customer relationships and achieved impressive sales results. Catalina was responsible for a significant portion of the store's revenue and consistently met or exceeded sales goals.
Catalina then transitioned to Club Monaco as a Keyholder, where they managed store opening and closing procedures and trained staff on new collection product knowledge. Catalina later advanced to Assistant Manager, supporting the Store Manager and Associate Managers in various aspects of store management, including sales, merchandising, and operations.
After that, Catalina worked as an Account Manager at GovQuote, where they gained knowledge of the government procurement system and presented products and services to prospective customers.
Catalina then joined Amazon, where they initially worked as a Lead, responsible for visual merchandising, operations, and performance in the first Amazon 4-Star Store in Florida. Catalina later became a Store Manager, launching their own Amazon 4-Star location in Maryland. Catalina also supported other Washington-Baltimore stores during this time.
Most recently, Catalina worked as a Recruiter at Merito Group, providing data-driven talent acquisition solutions to clients. Catalina offered a variety of adaptable and customized talent acquisition and consulting services, including executive search and temporary placement.
Currently, Catalina is an Account Associate at STARK, beginning in November 2022.
Catalina Ene began their education at Boca Raton Community High School, where they attended from 2009 to 2011. Catalina then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Advertising, and Digital Marketing at Florida Atlantic University from 2011 to 2015. After completing their undergraduate degree, Catalina obtained additional certifications in Marketing Analytics: Setting and Measuring KPIs from LinkedIn in November 2016, and Foundations of Typography: Choosing and Combining Typefaces from Lynda.com in January 2017. In 2017, Catalina attended Coding Dojo for a program in Full Stack Developer, with a focus on Python, C#, and Mean.
