Karen Spaeth

As Vice President of Communications, Karen Spaeth works with her talented communications team to develop and execute Starkey's internal and external global communication strategies and ensures that Starkey's image and messaging align with its purpose, mission, and vision. Karen also manages a dynamic and multitalented events team overseeing more than 100 customer events and tradeshows each year, including the hearing industry's largest event, the Hearing Innovation Expo. She works closely with other members of the Starkey Leadership Team and market leaders around the globe to create a world-class customer experience.
