Rob Phillips

Rob Phillips is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in product development and solution consulting. Currently serving as the Head of Product at StarLifter since April 2024, Rob previously held the role of SVP of Solution Consulting at VolteoEdge from December 2022 to January 2024. As Co-Founder and CTO of Melonseed from February 2019 to December 2022, Rob contributed to the startup's growth and innovation. Prior to that, a significant tenure at ServiceNow from March 2006 to February 2016 saw Rob advance through multiple leadership roles, including Director of Solution Strategy, Product Management, and Solution Consulting. Rob began the career at Peregrine Systems, serving as Director of Solution Consulting from 1997 to 2005. An alumnus of the University of Arizona, Rob earned a degree from 1990 to 1994.
