Viktoriia Polinovska

Viktoriia Polinovska (Moskalenko) is an experienced HR Business Partner at StarLightMedia, having joined the company in April 2017. In this role, Viktoriia focuses on recruitment strategies, candidate adaptation, and the integration of new managers into organizational processes. Previously, Viktoriia served as HRD at New Channel TV Channel, overseeing a full cycle of HR processes, including recruitment, performance management, and organizational design. Viktoriia's earlier experience includes leadership positions in compensation and benefits, as well as evaluation and motivation at STB TV Channel, and as head of the HR department for major supermarket chains such as "Delight" and "Фуршет." Viktoriia holds a Master's degree in Marketing from Kyiv Humanitarian Institute (2008-2011).
