Iulia Dima

Iulia Dima has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Iulia started their career as an Economist at S.C. Mauve S.R.L. in 2007, where they worked until August 2007. From August 2007 to October 2008, they worked as an Economist at Geneva Ross SRL. Following this, Iulia joined Mauve AG (SRL) as a Computer System Analyst from November 2008 to September 2009.

In October 2009, Iulia transitioned to Abbott Informatics and took on the role of Associate Business System Analyst. Iulia held this position until October 2011 when they became a Software Engineer II. As a Software Engineer II, Iulia focused on LIMS analysis, design, development, deployment, and support. Iulia also supported existing applications by fixing issues and implementing enhancements. From October 2013 to April 2016, Iulia continued to work as a Software Engineer II.

In April 2016, Iulia was promoted to the role of Software Engineer III at Abbott Informatics. In addition to their technical responsibilities, they also prepared and conducted various trainings for new customers or employees. Iulia worked in this capacity until October 2021.

Most recently, Iulia joined STARLIMS in August 2021 as a Senior Business Analyst/Lead Engineer. Within a year, they transitioned to the role of Technical Project Manager in August 2022.

Iulia Dima holds a Master's degree in Information Systems from Universitatea "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" din Iași, which they obtained from 2008 to 2011. Iulia also has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the same university, which they earned from 2005 to 2008.

In terms of certifications, Iulia obtained an Executive Certificate in Project Management from Florida Atlantic University in December 2021. Iulia also holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from the same university, obtained in March 2019. Additionally, they have acquired a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in June 2022.

Alongside their formal education, Iulia has pursued various workshops and training courses to enhance their skills. Iulia attended the UX Design Essentials Workshop and studied UX Design at UX Design Edge in 2018. In 2017, they completed a Visual Studio ALM course at Microsoft, and in 2016, they participated in a Sencha ExtJS 6.2 training program at FigLeaf.
