Charlotte Richards

Charlotte Richards is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and asset management, currently serving as Head of Talent Acquisition at Starling Bank since May 2022. Prior to this role, Charlotte held various senior positions at State Street, including Head of Talent Acquisition for Product, Global Markets and STT Digital, and Vice President in the Official Institutions Group. Charlotte's career began at Webber Fox, a leading global headhunting firm focused on the financial sector, where significant expertise in recruitment was developed. Additionally, Charlotte gained early experience in sales and marketing at Google. Charlotte Richards holds an MA Cantab in Geography from the University of Cambridge.
