Noémi Lavoie has over 16 years of professional experience in various roles. Noémi started their career in 2004 as an Investment Officer at Foreign Affairs and International Trade Canada (DFAIT). In 2005, they moved to Invesco Canada (Invesco Trimark) as a Relationship Representative. In 2007, they were appointed as Manager, Corporate Development at Arrow Capital Management Inc. From 2009 to 2014, they worked at OBSI as an Investigator and Manager, Client Services. In 2014, they joined LinkedIn as a Customer Success Manager, Senior Relationship Manager, and Senior Customer Success Manager. In 2020, they moved to Lever as a Senior Customer Success Manager and in 2022 they were appointed Director of Customer Success at Starling Minds.
Noémi Lavoie obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Human Relations, with a Minor in Legal Studies, from Concordia University between 2001 and 2004. Prior to that, they obtained a D.E.C. in Social Sciences from CEGEP - John Abbott College between 1999 and 2001. In December 2014, Noémi obtained a LinkedIn Certified Professional–Recruiter certification from LinkedIn.
