Eric Shore, MD, F.A.C.P has a diverse work experience. Eric began their career at Starling Physicians in 1984, where they served as the Director of Medical Stepdown/ Intermediate Care Unit and the Director of Pulmonary Rehabilitation. In 1985, they founded and moderated the Multi-Disciplinary Medical Surgical Thoracic Oncology Conference. Eric has also been a Clinical Professor of Medicine at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine since 1998.

Eric Shore M.D., F.A.C.P completed their education in a chronological order. In 1969, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General from Franklin & Marshall College. Eric then pursued a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree at the University of Pennsylvania from 1973 to 1977. Following this, they attended Temple University Hospital from 1977 to 1981 for further specialization in Internal Medicine.

From 1981 to 1984, Eric Shore received training in Pulmonary Critical Care at the University of Pennsylvania Hospital. Eric subsequently obtained certifications in Critical Care Medicine in 1989, 1999, and 2009, along with a certification in Pulmonary Medicine in 1984. In 2012 and 2013, they attended the Physician Leadership Development Institute to enhance their skills in Physician Leadership & Management.

Additionally, Eric Shore is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians (F.A.C.P) and is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, which they achieved in 1980.
