Brian Kelly

Brian Kelly has over 18 years of work experience, with their most recent position being Associate Director (Scale Up) at Starpharma since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Research Manager at Starpharma from August 2007 to June 2022. Brian also served as a Senior Chemist at Starpharma from June 2004 to August 2007. Before joining Starpharma, Brian worked as a Senior Chemist at Iliad Chemicals (now Bionomics) from May 2003 to May 2004.

Brian Kelly's education history is as follows:

From 1995 to 1998, Brian attended The University of Waikato, where they obtained a PhD in Organic Chemistry.

In 1998, they pursued further education at the University of Adelaide and worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow specializing in Organometallic Chemistry until 1999.

Following their time at the University of Adelaide, Brian joined The Australian National University as an ARC Postdoctoral Fellow from 1999 to 2003, focusing on Organic Chemistry.

In addition to their formal education, Brian has also obtained additional certifications. In August 2021, they completed the GMP Refresher program at PharmOut. Furthermore, in November 2022, Brian completed the GMP Uplift Advanced Program at CBE.
