Katie Guban

Katie Guban is a dedicated social worker with extensive experience in foster care and adoption, currently serving as a Placement Specialist and Licensed Social Worker at Lighthouse Youth Services since May 2018. Katie manages casework for approximately 30 children and develops individualized goals to support their development and self-sufficiency. Additionally, Katie has held various roles including Home Study Assessor at the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services, Certified Trauma Professional at Starr Commonwealth, and Licensed Social Worker with the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker & Marriage and Family Therapist Board. Katie's educational background includes a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Miami University.
