Sonya Park-Allan

Sonya Park-Allan serves as a Portfolio Manager at AustralianSuper since August 2024 and is currently a Principal at Starr Private Equity Partners, a role held since November 2018, focusing on private equity funds and co-investments. Previously, Sonya held the position of Vice President at Starr Investment Holdings LLC from August 2015 to November 2018, specializing in private equity direct investments. Prior experience includes working as an Investment Banking Analyst at Citi from June 2013 to August 2015, and Sonya has also contributed as a Teaching Assistant at The Wharton School and as a Research Assistant at the Rodney L. White Center for Financial Research during their academic tenure at the University of Pennsylvania, where a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a focus on Finance and Operations and Information Management was obtained from 2009 to 2013. Early in their career, Sonya acquired experience through summer internships at Citi and UBS.
